I love the way your company give response to issues/challenges customers may encounter, mostly issues with wrong development coding from their web developers and the client may not know it was a web development issue from their developer and not web hosting issues. Fajiweb always help to figure out the actual web development issue and tell you to notify your web developer about it. I love the service and the response their staffs render in terms of assistance because when I had issues with my WordPress as a result of poor development by my WordPress developer, Fajiweb technical support helped me to fix it up without any extra charges even when it was not a web hosting issue.

I found Fajiweb through google and it has been good all the way using their web hosting, domain registration service and Virtual Private Server.
Their customer support have been so great, friendly and supportive; coupled with the 100% uptime that I have experienced with their hosting solution. I will rate them 10 stars for their domain registration and web hosting.
Using their unmanaged server have been great, even though you are supposed to manage the server yourself, they still render awesome supportive measures when you run into trouble. Based on my server experienced with them, I can also give them 10stars, but because I want them to give us cheap server, maybe $5/month server price, I shall give them 3star rating. I believed reduction on server service cost will encourage continuity for server purchase.

I became frustrated with my formal host when they gave me 1000% fees increase and when I complained that their action was wrong; they shut down my website and refused me copying out my contents. They also seized my domain name. I have to change my domain name to something else that I am currently using now; although my formal host uptime was very good, but with the little time I have worked with Fajiweb, their uptime seem to be better.
